I walking through the Abingdon market a week ago I saw fresh prawn in the market I have think quickly I should bye this prawns go to make my food yes I have bought it and  decide to cook stir-fried prawn with Thai basil leaves top with rice. In Thailand this menu is very popular street food as well as like stir-fried chicken with basil leaves
How to prepare and ingredients

  • Fresh prawns
  • Bird eye chilli
  • Garlic
  • Thai basil leaves
  • Oyster sauce
  • Seasoning sauce
  • Sugar
  • Soup stock
  • Vegetable oil

Peal you prawns and cut back like butterfly and clean crush garlic and bird eye chilli put vegetable oil to stir-fried wait for the oil is heat put crush garlic and bird eye chilli to store-fried when you have smell put you butterfly prawn oyster sauce seasoning sauce sugar and stir-fried until prawn is cook and then put Thai basil leaves and test how is it serve with jasmine rice delicious.
